| BYOK | Your own provider API keys |
| Team | Members, roles, invites |
| API keys | MCP keys for programmatic access |
| Notifications | Which events notify you |
Channel and analytics connections are not under Settings; they live in the Integrations hub.
Profile and timezone
Set your display name and timezone under Settings → Profile. The timezone drives how calendar times and scheduling display for you.
Notifications
Settings → Notifications toggles what notifies you: content assigned to you, cards assigned to you, mentions, content published, and publish failures. Operational alerts such as a broken connection or the Guard blocking an auto-publish are delivered so problems are never silent.
Content categories
Categories tag content for organization and per-category analytics (name plus a color), managed at Settings → Categories and over MCP. Pro workspaces can also assign content owners; owner and category both appear as analytics breakdowns.
Workspaces
The workspace switcher sits at the top of the sidebar: jump between workspaces you belong to or create a new one. Each workspace is fully separate: its own engine, content, connections, team, and subscription. See Team and workspace.
API keys
Any member can mint MCP API keys for their own use; managers can see and revoke every key in the workspace, and a removed member's keys are revoked automatically. Details on API keys.
