Team and workspace
Reactor workspaces are multi-member. All content, connections, and analytics are shared within a workspace, and every member's access is set by their role.
Team invites require a Team or Scale plan (or a trial); Solo is a single seat. Team covers 3 people and Scale covers 5, both including the owner. Beyond that, each additional member adds a $40/month seat to the subscription, prorated and adjusted automatically as people join and leave, and only the workspace owner can add one. See Billing.
Roles
Three roles: owner, manager, contributor. The owner is the person who created the workspace; ownership cannot be transferred to or assigned as a role.

Contributors have the full creative surface: they write, generate, publish, and schedule. Managers additionally run the workspace day to day. The owner holds billing and workspace lifecycle.
Inviting team members
- Go to Settings → Team
- Enter the invitee's email address
- Select their role (
managerorcontributor) - Click Send Invite
The invitee gets an email with an accept link (also shown in the UI if you prefer to share it yourself). Invites expire after 7 days; you can resend (which issues a fresh link) or revoke a pending invite at any time. The accept link only works for the invited email address.
Changing roles and removing members
Managers and owners change roles and remove members from the Team page. The owner cannot be demoted or removed.
Removing a member takes effect immediately: their access ends, their MCP API keys for the workspace are revoked, and the seat comes off the subscription with a prorated credit.
Member usage
The Team page shows each member's AI usage and overage for the current period, and managers can edit each member's spend cap inline. The same breakdown lives on the Usage page.
Multiple workspaces
An account can belong to any number of workspaces, and you can create additional ones (each workspace has its own subscription, engine, connections, and content). Switch between them with the workspace switcher in the sidebar; Reactor remembers your active workspace per browser.
